Folder Photos Tab Redesign
The Photos tab of the Folder has been redesigned to offer improved functionality and organization. With the addition of checkboxes on the right-side, users can easily filter photos by category, panel, or repair stage, streamlining the navigation process. Furthermore, photo comments are under each photo thumbnail enhances visibility and accessibility to important information related to the images.
To view, add a comment, or edit properties of a photo in the Folder's Photos tab, simply double-click on the desired photo. This action will open the photo in a larger view where you can add comments or make edits to its properties.
AP Invoice Changes
When posting an invoice for purchases associated with a purchase order, the vendor field is restricted and cannot be modified to a different vendor from the PO. Users should first correct the vendor on the PO corrections screen.
If the "Pay To" on an invoice is designated as Debit Card or Credit Card, the Terms field is hidden because the invoice has already been paid.
You can now post invoices to white (not ordered) or yellow (ordered) lines without needing to first mark the lines as ordered and received. This will automatically assign a Purchase Order behind the scenes incase these lines need to be rejected and returned at a later time.
Enhanced Customer Messaging Templates for Vehicle Delivery Notifications
A new "Vehicle Delivered" group has been included in Customer Messaging Templates, enabling shops to establish various message intervals following the delivery of the vehicle. Before this update, businesses were limited to customizing a single post-delivery message to be sent 1 day after the vehicle's delivery. Allowing businesses to schedule different message templates for up to 365 days after delivery provides greater flexibility in communication and customer engagement.
New Vehicle Center Column "PR %" for Parts Received %
A new column, PR%, has been added and can be found under the Column Chooser in the Vehicle Center screen. This column displays the % of parts that have been received. For example, if 2/10 parts have been received, it will display 20%.
